We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.

Special Orders: Special Orders are a big part of our business. Our sales professionals will make every effort to help you select the perfect furniture that you envision. Special Orders require a 20% deposit before they are placed with the manufacturer. By their unique and personalized nature, we cannot alter or cancel a Special Order after 3 days from the date of sale. Special Order items cannot be returned unless authorized by the manufacturer.

Damaged or Defective Products: We unwrap and inspect all our furniture before delivery. Please Contact Us as soon as possible if you discover a problem and we will do our best to rectify it. Warranties vary by manufacturer. We will not charge for warranty/repair/replacement services for 1 year from delivery. After 1 year, service call/labor/part shipping and handling charges apply. Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. In all cases, Romberger Furniture is strictly bound by the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. Most often, manufacturers require furniture to be repaired locally if possible. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details.

The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: Returns from our stock must be arranged within 5 days of delivery. A restocking charge of 10%, minimum $30.00, will be assessed. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage. Products not in 'as delivered' condition may not be eligible for return. Special Order items are not returnable. Due to sanitary issues, bedding may not be returned unless authorized by the manufacturer.

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information (PII) when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy

Romberger Furniture offers free delivery and free removal of a like piece of furniture within our trading area. Our dedicated delivery personnel will place the furniture in the room and location you desire. If a Special Order is placed, we will contact you when the furniture arrives in our warehouse and is inspected. The length of time until we receive a Special Order is beyond our control. Delivery will then be scheduled. We will hold furniture in our warehouse for up to 6 months if need be; requires 20% down payment and 5% payment per month.
